Work Permit Visa

Purpose: Allows non-EU/EEA citizens to work for a Hungarian employer.

Key requirements: Job offer from a Hungarian company, employer sponsorship, and necessary qualifications for the job.

Benefits: Legal residency and employment in Hungary, access to social security and benefits.

Process: The employer initiates the work permit application, and the process usually takes around 70 days. Family reunification is possible.
